A Legacy of Leadership and Achievement
Muyiwa has earned many commendations from colleagues, students, partners and senior colleagues on his performance across the diverse roles he has taken over his career life. Muyiwa has served as the Chairman of the Students Council of Covenant University and transited to be the President of the University’s Alumni Association. A position he held till 2015 after which he became the Chairman of the Associations Board of Trustees. Muyiwa became the Dean of Student Affairs in 2010 at age 29 as he became the youngest member of the University Senate, the highest academic decision-making body for the University. He went on to become the Youngest University Registrar in Africa in 2013 when he was appointed the Registrar of his alma mater, Covenant University.
Director, African and Leadership Development Centre
Upon completion of his tenure in 2015, he was appointed to serve as the Director at the African Leadership Development Centre of Covenant University where he was responsible for facilitating leadership development programmes for over 4000 audiences annually.
He was also responsible for creating the curriculum and facilitate leadership growth for over 8000 students annually as a well as a specialized program, Toward a Total Graduate, to prepare fresh graduate for next stage of life they will be embarking on.
N-Power Graduate Programme
As part of his commitment to empowering the next generation, Dr. Oludayo contributed to the N-Power program, a Federal Government initiative designed to reduce unemployment and equip young Nigerians with critical skills for the modern workforce. This program provided jobs to over 500,000 unemployed graduates, focusing on creating a highly skilled youth population capable of driving productivity and wealth creation across Nigeria.
During his involvement, Dr. Oludayo produced 32 comprehensive video resources across key areas such as Entrepreneurship, Job Hunting, Career & Work, Wealth Building, Leadership, and Management. These resources were tailored to help graduates seamlessly transition into the world of work, offering them the tools to enhance their employability and unlock future opportunities.
Industry Recognition and Contribution
Dr. Olumuyiwa Oludayo is a distinguished Research Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), where he holds the prestigious rank of MCIPM. His expertise has been instrumental in the development of several frameworks that have been adopted both nationally and internationally, advancing the professional standards of the human resources industry.
In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field, Dr. Oludayo was honored with the CIPM Mega Award, celebrating his impactful leadership and commitment to the growth and transformation of HR professionals worldwide.
A Lifetime of Achievement and Excellence
In 2012, Muyiwa founded the Nathan Leadgate Company, which helps individuals, institutions and societies excel by making the people focus on becoming Value Adding Personalities. He coined the concept of the V.A.P (Value Adding Personality) as against the status symbol of V.I.P (Very Important Personality) in order to encourage focus on value addition. He delivers services primarily through workshops, seminars, executive level engagement, keynote presentations and team coaching.
He has also founded 3 other organization, Workplace Survey, Sapience Brow, Volunteer Africa that align with his philosophy of being a value adding personality.
He also created audio and video programs that share principles that help change the philosophies and in turn lead to a transformation in his audience
